Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy is issued by Paradox Central Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”), a Florida limited liability company, on its own behalf and on behalf of the operating businesses it owns and manages (our “subsidiaries”). It explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or one of our subsidiaries through our websites, web forms, Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, Messenger or Instagram Direct, and how we use and protect it.

2. What we collect

We only collect information that you give us or that the platform you use makes available to us when you initiate contact:

  • Messages you send us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or through a web form, and our replies.
  • Your public profile name and the platform-scoped identifier of the conversation, which the platform provides so that we can reply to you.
  • Contact details you choose to share, such as an email address or phone number, if you provide them to us.
  • Public interactions with our pages, such as comments and mentions.

We do not collect passwords, payment card numbers or government identification numbers through these channels, and we ask you not to send them to us.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your message and answer your inquiry.
  • To record your inquiry as a contact or lead in our customer relationship management system so that the relevant subsidiary can follow up.
  • To schedule an appointment if you request one.
  • To measure, in aggregate, how our pages and campaigns perform (reach, engagement, response times). These reports do not identify you.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your messages for advertising to you, and we do not send you promotional messages unless you have asked for them.

4. Automated processing

Some first replies to routine inquiries are generated automatically from pre-approved templates. Messages that fall outside those templates are handled by a person. Before any part of a message is processed by an automated language service, identifiers such as card numbers, account numbers, tax identification numbers, phone numbers and email addresses are removed from the text.

5. Where your information is stored

Your inquiry and contact details are stored in our business management system, hosted by Odoo S.A. in data centers located in the United States. The messaging platforms themselves (Meta Platforms, Inc.) retain their own copy of your conversation under their own privacy policies.

6. Who we share it with

Your information is shared only with the subsidiary you contacted, and with the service providers that operate our systems (hosting, messaging, automation) under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and contact records for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain the business relationship, and in any case no longer than three years after our last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, for transaction records).

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to contact@paradoxcentralholdings.com from the address or account you used to contact us, and we will respond within 30 days. You can also delete a conversation directly in Messenger or Instagram; note that this removes it from the platform, and you may still need to ask us to delete our copy.

9. Data deletion requests

To request deletion of the data we received from Facebook or Instagram, send an email to contact@paradoxcentralholdings.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and the name of the page or account you contacted. We will confirm the deletion by email.

10. Children

Our pages and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page indicates the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
